My child has an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and/or a significant learning disability. Can I participate in the programme?

The Changing Lives Initiative Programme may not be suitable for families whose child has ASD or other learning disability, even if they have a diagnosis of ADHD or are experiencing behaviours consistent with ADHD.  This is due to how the programme strategies are delivered and implemented and may particularly be the case where a child has a significant learning disability or language delay.  There may however be other more suitable Incredible Years programmes available in some of our project locations, that we may be able to direct you to.

We would encourage any parents who are interested in our programme and have questions to come along to one of our Information Sessions and speak with one of the programme facilitators, or to contact us directly for further information.
